I’m a Certified Business Consultant, yoga studio owner, and Mom. I’m passionate about working with fitness studio owners to fuel successful, profitable, and rewarding businesses.

My WHY

When I opened my yoga studio, Twist Yoga, in 2013, I didn’t know what I didn’t know. I made mistakes, learned a ton, made more mistakes, and learned even more. Now, I’m ready to share my vast knowledge base with YOU.

I sincerely believe that connection fuels happiness, and I know how it feels to feel all alone when you are making big decisions in your business. It’s both empowering and paralyzing.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve guided my own boutique yoga studio through hills and valleys and everything in between. But, I’ve always had a plan, measurable metrics, support and strong core values to guide me through these years. I believe in using traditional business metrics to create a non-traditional business that makes a profit, pays the owner, serves the communty, creates opportunity for teachers, and builds a healthy studio.
